Pro Coin was founded by Mr. Hans Wrieden (former owner of DeLaRue / Garni) and Dr. Karl Rumbach as a subsidiary company of Reis EUROSYSTEMS AG. Company's activities mainly focus on OEM-production for known brands in the market. In the same time development of an own series of banknote counters and coin processing equipment is started.
Hans Wrieden and Dr. Karl Rumbach sell Reis to the Glory Group, the company is renamed to procoin and gets with South a further shareholder. Procoin starts own sales activities on the market with Procoin-branded products. Procoin becomes well-known as a quality supplier for coin and banknote processing products with competitive prices. The production facilities are being certified ISO 9001.
